The Town of Elkton has been designated a "Maryland Main Street" Community and is developing a grassroots program for our business district dedicated to historic preservation and redeveloping downtown. The Elkton Alliance serves as the Main Street Manager and works together with the local government and the business community to restore, promote and maintain our historic downtown area while attracting new enterprises for the benefit of our community's residents, businesses, and visitors.
