Vision
My vision is for the Town of Elkton to be the cleanest, safest, most viable town within the State of Maryland. Leaders and stakeholders of the community will be guided by a core sense of values, respect, integrity and fairness; and through progressive thinking ensure positive growth, both present and future, for the Town of Elkton.
Mission
I will seek to be a good steward of what the community has entrusted in me as Commissioner for the Town of Elkton by:
- Acquiring more training and gaining cooperation from town residents and other municipalities in order to be the best Town Commissioner possible for the community I serve
- Becoming a leader in local municipal governments within the State of Maryland, in order to benefit the Town of Elkton
- Developing partnerships with communities, residents, town municipal departments, and county municipal departments
- Promoting the true positive image of all town municipal departments within the Town of Elkton
- Promoting more participation of well-informed citizens within the Town
- Abating all unsafe, nuisance and blighted property within Elkton's town limits by the proper use of Town Codes and Ordinances
- Enforcing all Town Codes and Ordinances without prejudice
- Building more community services in health, recreation, and teen outreach
- Improving upon the revitalization of Downtown Elkton for the betterment of all town residents and visitors
