ORDINANCE 5-2011 TO ADJUST WATER and SEWER RATES was adopted at the December 7, 2011 meeting, and became effective on December 27, 2011, for the purpose of amending the Code of the Town of Elkton, Title 13, Chapter 13.04, §13.04.290, Water and Sewer Rates, by adjusting the water and sewer rates for customers of the Town of Elkton to ensure sufficient revenue to pay for water and wastewater systems operations, capital improvements, debt service, and the purchase of water from other utilities.
