The Town of Elkton has initiated the Elkton Recycles Program to comply with the Cecil County recycling requirements.    Once weekly trash collection and once weekly recyclables only collection began the first week of May 2011. Monday and Tuesdays are trash collection days;  Thursdays and Fridays are recyclables only collection days.  Residents must buy their own containers which must be clearly marked for recyclables.  Click here for details
