Ordinance 7-2012 Alcoholic Beverages
On August 1st, the Mayor and Commissioners adopted an ordinance which amends Chapter 9.04 Alcoholic Beverages to allow for the consumption of alcoholic beverages on the restaurant premises that extend to seating and serving areas outside the restaurant building's primary structural walls as specified.
