The Elkton Bicycle Plan seeks to improve quality of life for residents and visitors by expanding the transportation system to include safe and convenient choices for bicycle commuting and recreation. A proposed bicycle network will connect cyclists to the downtown, residential areas and other key destinations. Your input is needed to help develop recommendations for your Town. Visit at your convenience to discuss the plan’s goals, the proposed bicycle network, and other improvements such as bike parking, signage, and safety education. A presentation will be made during the Mayor and Commissioners meeting at 7 p.m.
