The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has updated the Community Involvement Plan (CIP) for the Dwyer Property Groundwater Superfund Site.  This updated version of the CIP is available for viewing to the public in both electronic and paper format at the Elkton Branch of the Cecil County Library, located at 301 Newark Avenue.  The CIP can also be viewed online here.
