Stormwater Management Ordinance

The Town of Elkton has updated its Stormwater Management Ordinance as directed by the Maryland Department of the Environment. 

The new stormwater regulations differ from the 2000 regulations.  There is a grandfathering section.  The redevelopment designs are changed and the quantity of plans required for submission is different.  For a quick sheet of the aforementioned, click here.  If you have any questions relating to the new regulations, please contact the Planning Department at 410-398-4999.
