FISCAL YEAR 2011 ANNUAL BUDGET
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of Elkton will hold a public hearing on
Wednesday, May 19, 2010
7:05 p.m.
at the
Elkton Municipal Building - 100 Railroad Avenue, Elkton, MD 21921
pertaining to the FY 2011 annual budget in conformance to the Charter of the Town of Elkton. The public is invited to review the budget and submit comments or ask questions during the hearing. The following summary of real property and personal property tax rates is presented in conjunction with the FY 2011 annual budget.
Tax Rate for Real Property: $ 0.4734
Tax Rate for Personal Property: $ 1.11
Water and Sewer Rates shall be those rates established by the Code of the Town of Elkton, Title 13, Chapter 13.04, Section 13.04.290.
A copy of the proposed FY 2011 annual budget shall be available for public review at the Elkton Municipal Building, 100 Railroad Avenue, Elkton, MD on Friday, May 14, 2010, and thereafter.
