At the February 15, 2012 meeting, the Mayor and Commissioners adopted Annexation Resolution A1-2011 which enlarges the corporate boundaries of the Town of Elkton by approximately (60) acres of land which located near Red Hill and Delancy Roads. This amendment to the Charter of the Town of Elkton and annexation shall become effective forty-five (45) days form the date of adoption, unless a proper petition for referendum has been filed with the Town prior to that date.
