The Town has proposed enacting Ordinance 4-2012 Vacant Building Registration as a useful and productive means to encourage a vacant building owner to remove deteriorated buildings and structures, and to properly maintain buildings and structures that have useful value.

Ordinance 4-2012 - Vacant Building Registration was introduced at the June 20, 2012 Town meeting.  The Ordinance will be discussed further at the July 11th Workshop.
