At the June 6th Town meeting, Mayor Fisona presented Elkton High School student John William Cook with a check in the amount of $500 for the 2012 Mayor & Commissioners Scholarship Award. John Cook is a senior at Elkton High School, and plans to attend Drexel University to study civil engineering.
